Methodology of Recruitment & Selection

Sometimes we get additional workforce through local factories, ministry of labors, vocational institutes and other affiliated agencies.

  1. Depending on the circumstances of the case, we sometimes, with the proper approval of the authorities concerned, do advertise relatives vacancies in Newspapers, Radio and TV.
  2. We compile the Bio-Data for the workers, in cooperating there in the comprehensive information retaining to the worker's past track record sets.
  3. Bio-Data complies the initial screening of the application is conducted.
  4. When the preliminary screening is over the individual applicant is given an oral interview by New Rajput Manpower interviewing staff having experience in the same trade/skills. The inviewer's observation/recommendation thereafter entered on the appropriate places of the application.
  5. As the case might required, the applicant is then asked for a written test.
  6. After the written test, trade/skill testing is conducted. This is very critical step where the applicants' skill is actually tested and verified under the conditions at the site of the principal. The overseas principal or his authorized representative is always welcome to participate the final trade/skill testing of the workers.
  7. Now, after it is ascertained that a worker has the required knowledge, skill and inertia to perform the required job, prior to his final selection the following points also are taken care of:

8. The final selection of the applicant is done by unanimous decision of the placement committee. Testing and interviewing staff and the representative of the overseas principal, it already attended the screening, interviewing and skill testing.

Travel Arrangement

New Rajput Manpower has its own arrangements at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi which have been established to facilitate travel arrangement of selected workers. It is ensured that the workers are dispatched in groups and in accordance with planned flights schedules provided by the employers. It is only remittance of passage of flight schedules. The formalities of clearance from State Bank of Pakistan regarding Exchange Control Regulations are completed by the Travel Agencies and employer informed well in time about detail of dispatches.

ORIENTATION OF THE WORKERS AND TRADESMAN

  1. Prior to dispatch of any worker whether janitorial or tradesman everybody has to attend the orientation course. The very purpose of this course is to explain the worker his:
  • Job specification
  • Job responsibilities
  • Job duties
  • Working hours, Salary, Overtime, Leaves and what he should do and what not during the continuance of the employment.

  • Group/individual lectures.

DISPATCH OF THE WORKERS

We are capable of organizing a dispatch of 500 workers including unskilled workers within a period of 30- 45days after receiving the legal documents. As a part of feedback information, we always notify are principal well in advance, as to the flight of the workers to keep them sufficiently posted.

SERVICE BACKGROUND

As a part of our continuing commitment of services to our clients we provide a number of services to the employer and concerned employees to have a sustained relationship and also to make the job of the employer easy and realistic.

SITE VISIT BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE

Our representative will visit job sites and offices of the employer in every 6-month to assist them on various personnel related affairs, if required, earlier visits also is possible. Such visits will boasts up the mural of the workers.

OUR ENGAGEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS CONCERNING PLACEMENT OF WORKERS

  • Period of contract 1 or 2 years subject to renewal.
  • Working hours 6-days a week.
  • Base salary as per sheets attached which however negotiable with reasonable limits.
  • Accommodation to be provided by the employer free of cost.
  • Meals, free meals be provided or reasonable food allowance to be paid by employer.
  • Annual leave, 15-days per year or 1-month paid leave after the completion of 2-year's agreement. Overtime and medical facilities, as per Labor Law of host country.
  • Commission, a reasonable commission for our office can be charged with the negotiation of the employer.
  • Servicing of the documents, in the event of any job order with us, the employer has to provide us with as Demand Letter, Consulate Letter and Power of Attorney, herein after referred to as the affective documents.
  • Air Tickets, 1-way air fare from Pakistan to any airports of the host country shall be provided by the employer, however, if the employer is not agreed we will provide the ticket. But return ticket after completion of the contract shall have to be provided by the employer.
  • In addition, we shall provide them with complete facilities and total secretarial support for performing their duties with ease and quickly.
